Shipping Policy
We generally process your order on the same day as your order, depending on the time of your order. We are in office, every weekday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
We will also process your order after those hours, but will take a day longer to ship.
What provider do we use to Ship our order?
We mainly use DPD to ship your order. They are the most reliable Courier for us.
Normal order:
Standard Delivery: 3 - 5 Business Days
If you order before 12 p.m. your order will be shipped on the same day. After 12 p.m. it will be shipped on the next day.
Pre - Order:
If you pre - order an item from Yonex, it always depends on the delivery time from Yonex. Normally we receive your desired product between 5 - 7 Business days. As soon as we receive your product it will be shipped from our Warehouse.
If delivery from Yonex will take longer, we will inform you via E-Mail. Please use an active E-Mail Adress, so that we can always contact you in this case.
