Do you provide international delivery?
Currently we deliver in Austria, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Hungary, Czech Republic and France.
Delivery costs:

How do I track my order?
For DPD order tracking, you will need to provide your E-Mail Adress, as well as your phone number. Once your item is shipped you will receive an E-Mail from DPD.
How do I return an item?
We only accept return Items, which have not been used. If an item breaks, we will discuss with the company (Yonex or Head) if it will fall under warranty.
For this you will need to provide images of your product.
How do Pre-Orders work?
Once you order a product, that we do not have in Stock, we will order your desired product directly from Yonex. Depending on the products availability, delivery will take between 3-5 days from Yonex. Once your product has arrived at our warehouse, we will send it as soon as possible.
